YBHG. DATUK HAJI MOHD NAZRI BIN ISMAIL

GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR

YBhg. Datuk Hj. Mohd Nazri bin Ismail, age 48, Malaysia, is shareholder and Managing Director of Sungai Klang Link Sdn. Bhd. He hold a Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) from University of Technology Mara, Shah Alam, Malaysia. He started his career as an Executive, Branch Operations with Proton Holdings Berhad in 1996 until 2005 as State Manager in Pahang.

He also served Malaysia Industry Development Authority (MIDA) as Assistant Director under Foreign Direct Investment Division in 2006 and Mitsubishi Motors (m) Sdn. Bhd. as General Manager Operations in 2008, in year of 2010, he decided to set another company known as Enem Corporations Sdn. Bhd. which focus on Plantation Management, Civil and Building Construction, Project and Automotive Consultant. Presently, he is a major Shareholder and Group Managing Director of Propadu Holdings Berhad and also several private companies.

Withaya Savessri

GROUP EXECUTIVE Director

Withaya Savessri, is shareholder and Director of Sungai Klang Link Sdn. Bhd. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Quantity Surveyor from TAR College. He started his career with consultant firm as Quantity Surveyor and involved in construction and development project in Klang Valley, where he gained valuable experience in the project costing.

Tan Kim Yoke

Group Chief Operating Officer

Tan Kim Yoke joins Propadu Holding Berhad as the Group Chief Operating Officer, bringing over 40 years of experience in the construction and infrastructure sector. He holds a Degree in Construction Management and has an extensive track record in project management,  infrastructure development, and large-scale project delivery across Malaysia, India, and Southeast Asia. His appointment signals PHB’s strategic push toward mega-project execution, international partnerships, and diversified growth.

Muzaffar Mudaris bin Mahmud

Chief Strategy Officer, Infrastructure & Sustainability Division 

An architect by profession with over 25 years of professional experience, Muzaffar brings to SKL broad knowledge in the built environment and development sectors ranging from consultancy to project management to government authorities liaison.

Hj. Megat Mumtazuddin bin Megat Radzuan

Chief Accounts & Treasury

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Hj. Megat has over 25 years of experience in Corporate Finance encompassing various sectors, including construction and property development.

Mohammad Zakhir bin Mustaffa

Business Development Director
Road, Highways & Concession Division

With over 20 years of experience in project management and business development, Zakhir brings with him extensive professional knowledge within the construction and infrastructure development industries as well as exposure in governmental and NGO liaison duties.

Muhammad Idzhan bin Abdullah Azmi

Head of Corporate Finance Division

Idzhan started his career back in 2005 with UEM Group Berhad, in the area of corporate treasury with a focus on fundraising. Later on the years, he has worked in the field of corporate finance, asset management, private equity and investments with various listed and unlisted companies. He brings with him experience in various spheres of the finance field.

Mohd Asri bin Khayan

Head of Automotive Division

Mohd Asri graduated from Mara Institute of Technology in Banking Studies. He started his career at various private and public organizations before joining Malaysian Industrial Development Authority (MIDA) from 1992-1995. He then joined the automotive industry under DRB-HICOM/Proton Group with more than twenty (20) years of experience particularly in the area of marketing and strategic/corporate planning. His last post was the President Director of PT Proton Edar Indonesia from 2012-2015 period before embarking on personal ventures
