We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable, and proactive Assistant Manager – Accounts
to join our growing team at Propadu Holding Berhad.

🔍 Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, schedules, analysis and account reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and statutory bodies.
• Support and supervise junior accounting staff as needed.
• Assist the Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Requirements:
• ACCA / Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 3–5 years working experience in accounting; preferably in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of accounting standards (e.g., MFRS), SST, E-Invoicing and tax regulations in Malaysia
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP, etc.)
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail

  • Perform day-to-day administrative matters and clerical duties.
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, professional, and helpful attitude.
  • Assist clients in finding their way around the office.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Answer, forward, and screen phone calls professionally.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mails, dispatch, and courier arrangements.
  • Ensure reception and office areas are well-maintained, including stationery and refreshments.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

🔍 Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective daily management by prioritizing and organizing MD’s schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including correspondence, emails, reports, and documents.
  • Manage the submission of key documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness before meetings.
  • Handle administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, photocopying, preparing reports, drafting letters, and arranging refreshments.
  • Plan, coordinate, and represent MD in meetings and official functions.
  • Oversee secure handling of confidential documents and information.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and government/private agencies.
  • Monitor company licenses, registrations, CSR activities, and other MD-related functions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive – Administration & Secretarial, preferably reporting directly to senior management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
